At MyFitCoach, we aim to provide you with a training plan that is precisely tailored to your needs and goals. We believe it's important that you can easily and flexibly adjust your plan to meet your wishes, so you can get the most out of your training.
Our coaching approach is designed to optimally support you on your journey to your goals. We rely on our expertise and offer a structured approach to achieve optimal training results.
However, MyFitCoach is not intended to create your own workout plans from scratch. This is because, with our coaching approach, we want to provide targeted and well-founded support. This solution operates under a complex technical logic. If you create an entirely personal plan, it would contradict our coaching concept.
Nevertheless, you can, of course, make adjustments to your training plan to tailor it to your individual needs. Please note, however, that if your customized plan deviates too far, MyFitCoach will optimize it back in the long run to restore the volume, intensity, frequency, and many other factors we recommend. Changes such as exercise replacements, adjusting repetition ranges, and similar adjustments are not a problem.
