In this article, we'll explain how you can sign up for your MyFitCoach subscription directly through our website and subsequently gain access to the app. Just follow the steps listed below.


Purchasing a subscription through the website

When you purchase your MyFitCoach subscription on our website at www.myfitcoach.de, the payment will be processed through our partner, Digistore24. During the ordering process, you'll be prompted to provide your name, email address, and a password. You will need these details later to log into the app.


Getting access to the app

Follow these steps to get access to the MyFitCoach app:

  1. Download the MyFitCoach app from the App Store or Google Play Store.

  2. Open the app and tap "Log In" at the very bottom of the start screen (do not select your gender).

  3. Enter your email address and the password you used when registering on the website.

  4. Follow the login process until you receive your individual training plan.


Help with registration problems

If you receive the error message "Your submission failed because of an error." when registering on the website, first check if you've correctly entered your email address (all in lowercase and without spaces), or if your email has previously been registered in our app.
