I didn't receive my Welcome Email!

If you’ve been told that you have benefits with us, but haven’t received your Welcome Email, don’t worry! Follow these easy steps, and you’ll be ready to go in no time.

Step 1: Check Your Junk Folder

Sometimes, our welcome emails get a little lost and end up in your junk or spam folder. This can happen if servers mistakenly filter our emails as spam. If you find it there, make sure to mark us as a “safe sender,” so future emails from us land straight in your inbox!

If it's not there, move on to step 2!

Step 2: Verify Your Email Address

If it’s not in your junk folder, the next step is to check that we have the right email on file. Visit our central login page at myhsaaccess.com and enter your email address.

  • If it says “Email not recognized”, this could mean there was a small typo when your account was set up, or it isn't completed in the set up phase yet. In this case, please reach out to your Plan Administrator, who can help update your information or finish your account set up.

  • If it does recognize your email, that means your account exists! Just click “Talk to a person” to connect with one of our friendly live agents, who will be happy to help securely resend your Welcome Email.
