If you didn't receive your Verification Code for logging into myHSA after clicking 'Forgot Password', you can follow these steps to retrieve your login credentials:

1. Check your junk or spam folder! Sometimes the emails land there if your inbox server isn't used to us yet.
2. Try searching your email inbox for an email from us, the email it is coming from is info@getmyhsa.com
3. If you still don't see the email - don't sweat it! Just start a live chat with an agent of ours and ask them to send you a new Welcome Email instead.
