Facing a pending claim with an adjudicator's request for additional information? Fret not! Responding is easy and efficient. Follow these simple steps to provide the necessary details and ensure a smooth review process.

Step 1: Begin by logging into your account and navigating to the "View Claims" section. This is where you can find an overview of your claims, including those that are pending review. If they require more information, you'll see an exclamation mark beside them.

Step 2: Locate the pending claim that requires additional information and click on the "Edit" option next to it. This action will open up the claim, allowing you to make the necessary adjustments.

Step 3: You'll find a top or bottom button labeled "Edit." Click on this button to enter the editing mode for your claim.

Step 4: To attach the requested documents, click on the camera icon. This will prompt you to upload additional photos of receipts or any other relevant materials. Ensure that you provide clear and legible images to facilitate a quicker review process.

Step 5: If you prefer to communicate with the adjudicator directly, use the text box provided at the bottom of the claim labelled "Memo for adjudication". Leave a note detailing any additional information or context that might be relevant to your claim.

Step 6: After attaching the necessary documents or leaving a note, click the "Update" button. This action will automatically submit your updated claim to the adjudicator for review.
