Overview

The Retailer Screen is a new addition to Logiwa IO, designed to streamline retailer data management under Settings > Master Data.

This object allows users to store key retailer information, document management, and allows for configurable settings related to case label printing with multiple retailers.

Retailer object is designed to be used in the Retailer Shipment Orders.

Key Features

Retailer Organization Object

A new organization object called Retailer is introduced under Settings > Master Data, enabling structured data storage for retailers.

Retailer Setup Details

The Retailer screen allows users to input and manage various details, including:

  1. General Tab

    1. General Information

      1. Name – The official name of the retailer.

      2. Description – A summary of the retailer’s details.

      3. Status – Determines whether the retailer is active.

      4. Business Name – The legal business name.

      5. Retailer Logo – A logo image can be uploaded for brand identification.

    2. Address Information

      1. Address Line 1 – Primary address details.

      2. Address Line 2 – Additional address information, if applicable.

      3. Postal Code – Zip code associated with the retailer’s location.

      4. City – The city where the retailer is based.

      5. State – State or province of the organization.

      6. Country – The country of the organization.

  2. Advanced Tab

    1. Create Case Labels for Single Item LPs/Parent LPs

      1. This parameter allows users to print UCC labels for cases within a full LP pick, improving label generation efficiency.

    2. File Upload and Download Functionality

      1. Users can upload and download a document, such as a checklist, associated with the retailer.

      2. Supported file types: PDF, DOC/DOCX, JPEG/JPG, PNG

      3. Maximum file size: 20 MB

  3. Other Info Tab

    1. Retailer specific custom fields can be created and managed.

  4. Fill out each field and make your parameter selections.

User Access Management

  • User access to the Retailer screen can be controlled via Roles in the system.

  • Access control ensures that only the authorized users can manage retailer records, safeguarding sensitive business information.

API Management

  • Retailers can be created, updated, listed or deleted via the open API.
