Overview
Major retailer brands such as Walmart, Target, and Home Depot enforce strict compliance requirements for their suppliers. To streamline operations and enhance efficiency, Logiwa IO introduces the Retailer Compliance feature, ensuring suppliers meet these retailer-specific standards with minimal friction.
Key Features
Retailer Compliance Configuration
Retailer Setup: Users can create and configure retailers via UI and API.
Fields: Name, Logo, Address, Custom Fields.
Document Management: Upload and store compliance documents in the cloud.

Retailer Labels for Cases and Parent LPs (UCC Labels):
Supported Label Types:
Case Retailer Label
Parent LP Retailer Label (used post-picking)
Pre-defined UCC Label Templates available for major retailers.

Job Type Configuration:
Retailer Flow Type Parameter: Enables retailer compliance processes, including pre-printing UCC labels for cases.
UCC Label Scanning Options:
Option 1: Scan Intervals (Scan first and last UCC label).
Option 2: Scan all UCC labels.
Retailer as a Job Type Condition: Allows retailer-specific job configurations.

Workflow Customization:
Add Retailer (Company Name) as a workflow condition for defining retailer-specific rules and actions.
Retailer Compliance Operational Flow
Step 1: Allocating Retailer Orders & Pre-Printing UCC Labels
Allocate shipment orders using a Retailer Job Type.
Supports allocation for Full LPs, Cases, or Loose Units.
Use the Create Retailer Label button on the Shipment Order screen to print UCC labels:
Case Retailer Labels
Parent LP Retailer Labels (to be printed post-picking)
Label Print Configuration:
Users can define print quantity (Min: 1, Max: 6 labels per side).
UCC labels are linked to specific Shipment Order Line IDs.
A blank separator page is printed between UCC labels for visibility.
Step 2: Picking the Order in Mobile Pick to Location Screen
Orders are picked based on Parent LP Numbers in the sequence:
Full LPs
Cases
Loose Units
During case picking, the system prompts the user to scan UCC labels.
Validation:
Scanned UCC labels must match the correct Shipment Order Line ID.
UCC labels used during picking cannot be reused.
Step 3: Printing UCC Labels for Parent LPs (LTL Orders) / Printing LP-Based Carrier Labels (Small Parcel Orders)
LTL Orders:
Post-picking, print UCC Labels for Parent LPNs from the Shipment Order screen.
The system replaces the Original LP Number with the UCC Label Number.
Small Parcel Orders:
Use the Create Label button to print LP-Based Carrier Labels.
Carrier labels are generated for each UCC label.
Configuration:
Add the UCC Number to the carrier label for easier physical identification.
LP Number & Original LP Number will be available in the Shipment List Endpoint.

Please note that:
Packing screen usage is not included in the Retailer Compliance feature.
Pack slips are not automatically generated and must be manually selected from the Order Backlog screen.
