Retrieving a Newly Added Carrier from eHub

How to sync a newly added eHub carrier into Logiwa IO so its services become available for selection.

Overview

When a new carrier is added on your eHub account, it does not automatically appear in Logiwa IO. To make the new carrier and its services available, you need to trigger a refresh from the eHub carrier setup screen in Logiwa IO. This article walks you through the steps.

When to Use It

  • You have just added a new carrier on your eHub account and want it to be available in Logiwa IO.

  • A new carrier service has been enabled on eHub and is not yet visible in Logiwa IO.

  • You expect to see updated carrier or service options in the Services tab but they are missing.

Prerequisites

  • The new carrier is fully added and configured on your eHub account.

  • Your user account has access to Integrations > Shipping.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log in to Logiwa IO.

  2. Navigate to Integrations > Shipping.

  3. Select eHub and open the related carrier setup. The Carrier Setup drawer opens on the right side of the screen.

  4. In the Carrier Setup drawer, click the Services tab.

  5. Locate the Give access to all existing and future services option.

    • If selected, unselect it. This is required so that the system shows the explicit list of carriers and services, allowing the new entries to be visible.

    • If already unselected, leave it as-is and continue.

  6. Click the refresh icon next to the Bulk Actions button.

  7. Logiwa IO calls eHub and pulls the latest list of carriers and services configured on your account.

  8. The newly added carrier and its services now appear in the list below, ready to be enabled or configured as needed.

Common Questions & Edge Cases

The new carrier does not appear after I refresh. What should I do?

Confirm that the carrier is fully configured and active on the eHub side, then click the refresh icon again. Logiwa IO retrieves only what eHub returns at the moment of the refresh, so anything not yet active on eHub will not appear.

Why don’t I see any services listed in the Services tab?

Check that Give access to all existing and future services is unselected. While this option is selected, individual carriers and services are not displayed.

The refresh fails or times out. How can I fix it?

Verify that your eHub credentials in the Logiwa IO integration settings are still valid. If the credentials are correct and the issue persists, contact Logiwa support.

Will the refresh change services I have already enabled?

Yes — the refresh syncs Logiwa IO with eHub based on the latest API response. Carriers and services that no longer exist on eHub will be removed, and any new ones will be added. Be aware that if a carrier or service has been removed on the eHub side, it will also be removed from Logiwa IO after the refresh.
