Interested in integrating with a carrier that is not currently included in our turnkey integrations? You can still establish a connection with many carriers through our Custom Carrier option. We have articles on custom carrier setup which will be linked below, but this article serves to provide an overview of the process to better illustrate how it all works between Logiwa, your system, and the carrier. Click below to open each section and learn more.

What Is a Custom Carrier?

Logiwa IO features a number of turnkey integrations, which you can learn about in the Integrations section of our knowledge base.

A custom carrier integration differs from these in that it involves connecting your preferred shipping carrier to our system through our Custom Carrier tool, which requires the use of API to connect our system to yours and the carrier's. Once this connection is made, it enables seamless communication between your system, the carrier, and Logiwa's fulfillment management platform.

You might opt for a custom carrier integration to streamline your shipping processes, leveraging your preferred carrier's services, rates, and functionalities directly within the Logiwa platform. This will empower you to maintain consistency in your shipping workflows while benefiting from Logiwa's comprehensive capabilities, optimizing your logistics operations.
