Conditions are the criteria for matching orders. If an order meets the selected condition, it will be subject to the chosen action(s). This article provides comprehensive explanations of the available conditions that can be used in workflows.

Actual Delivery Date

Date

Date when a shipment order was delivered to its destination.

Actual Pickup Date

Date

Date when a shipment was collected by a carrier for delivery.

Actual Shipment Date

Date

Date when a shipment actually leaves the warehouse or distribution center.

Address Type

List

Category for an address as residential, commercial or military. Used to determine delivery options and optimize route planning.

Address Verification Status

List

Outcome of an address validation process to confirm the accuracy and deliverability of a shipment's destination address.

Allocation LP

List

Specific license plate within a warehouse where a product has been allocated for picking operations.

Allocation Location

List

Specific storage location (for LPs, see above) within a warehouse where a product has been allocated for picking operations.

Brand

Free text

Brand name of the product.

Carrier

List

Carrier responsible for shipping the order from the point of origin to its destination.

Carrier Package Type

List

Type of packaging used to transport a shipment by the carrier (e.g. box, envelope, pallet).

Please note that only the carrier package types of the selected carrier setup will be listed.

Channel

List

Sales platform or marketplace through which customer placed an order (e.g. Amazon, Shopify, Walmart).

Channel Payment Status

List

Order's channel payment status(es) such as Paid, Pending, Refunded, etc.

Currently available for Shopify users.

City

Free text

City where the shipment will be delivered.

City (Billing)

Free text

City of the billing address.

Client

List

Client the shipment order belongs to.

Shipment order code.

Country

List

Country where the shipment will be delivered.

Country of the billing address.

Customer Address

Indicates whether the order includes a kit item (bundle of multiple products sold as a single unit) or not.

Expected Delivery Date

Date

Estimated date when the shipment is expected to be delivered to its destination.

Expected Shipment Date

Date

Estimated date when the shipment is expected to be dispatched from the warehouse or fulfillment center.

Expiry Date

Date

Expiry date of product based on when inventory is allocated for a specific order

Extra Note 1

Free text

Additional space to include any relevant information or instructions about the shipment that may not be captured in other fields.

Fraud Reason

Note indicating the reason for a fraud alert, which may include information such as a high-risk IP address, suspicious order details, or previous fraudulent activity.

Gift Note

A personalized message for the recipient of the order which may be included in the packaging.

Is Gift Order

Logical

Indicates whether the shipment order is a gift order or not.

Is International Order

Indicates whether the order is an international shipment or not.

Is Prime Order

Indicates whether an Amazon order is a Prime order or not.

Lot Batch Number

Free text

Lot/batch number of a product based on which inventory is allocated for a specific order.

Number

Total number of individual product lines included in the order.

Total number of products included in the order.

Order Tag

List

Unique label assigned to a specific order, allowing for easy tracking and identification throughout the order fulfillment process.

Order Time

Time

Exact time an order is placed and recorded, enabling accurate tracking and management of order processing times.

Order Type

Types of orders created for the relevant warehouse/client.

Packing Instructions

Free Text

Instructions regarding the specific way that items should be packaged for shipment, including any special handling requirements

Postal Code

Free Text

Numerical code identifying the specific geographic area to which the shipment is being sent.

Postal Code (Billing)

Postal code of the billing address.

Price

Number

Cost associated with product being shipped, which can be used to calculate the total value of the shipment and any associated taxes or fees.

Product Group

List

Products groups created for the relevant warehouse/client.

Product Type

List

Product types created for the relevant warehouse/client.

Product Weight

Number field

Weight of an individual product included in the shipment order.

Requested Shipping Option

Free text

Preferred shipping method requested by the customer, which can be used to guide the selection of appropriate carriers and shipping options.

SKU

Free text

Stock keeping unit for a product.

Scheduled Pickup Date

Date

Scheduled date when a shipment will be collected by a carrier for delivery.

Scheduled Shipment Date

Date

Scheduled date when the shipment is expected to be dispatched from the warehouse or fulfillment center.

Shipment Order Date

Date

Date on which the order was created.

Shipment Order Day

Date

Day of the week on which the order was created.

Shipping Service

List

Shipping service provided by the carrier that is assigned for delivering the shipment.

Please note that only the shipping services of the selected carrier setup will be listed.

Shipping and Billing Addresses Match

Logical

Indicates whether the shipping address and the billing address are the same or different.

State

List

Region or state in which the recipient of the shipment is located.

State (Billing)

List

Region or state of the billing address.

Status

List

Current stage or status of the order's processing and fulfillment.

Store

Free text

E-commerce platform through which the order was placed.

Total weight

Number

Total weight of products included in the shipment order.

Tracking Number

Unique identifier for the shipment that enables the tracking of its progress throughout the delivery process.
