Transaction History Report

A guide to the Transaction History and Serial Number Transaction History reports, used to track each detail of inventory transactions.

To gain a comprehensive overview of your inventory, you can use the Transaction History to track all transactions occurring within your warehouse(s). Learn more about the two parts of this report by clicking on the sections below.

To locate the Transaction History screen, please use the search bar to quickly navigate to it.

Transaction History

These types of transactions can be tracked:

  1. Receiving

  2. Allocation

  3. Cancel Allocation

  4. Inventory Movement (Transfer and Putaway)

  5. Inventory Adjustment (Adding Inventory, Removing Inventory)

  6. Picking

  7. Packing

  8. Shipment

  9. Damage Reason Change

  10. Count

  11. Cancel Receipt

You will see + and - signs in front of some transaction's action quantities.

  • "-" means the inventory exited the warehouse with this transaction.

    • For example: removing inventory, shipping, and cancelled receipt.

  • "+" means new inventory came to warehouse with this transaction.

    • For example: adding inventory and receiving.

  • If no + or - signs exist in front of the action quantity, the inventory will still be in the warehouse but its location or stock status may change.

The available columns for this report as as follows:

  5. Purchase Order Code

  6. Work Order Code

  7. SKU

  8. Product Name

  9. Barcode

  10. From Pack Type

  11. To Pack Type

  12. UOM Pack Type

  13. Source Location

  14. From Location Group

  15. From Location Area Type

  16. Target Location

  17. To Location Group

  18. To Location Area Type

  19. Source LPN

  20. Target LPN

  21. Source Parent LP

  22. Source Parent LP Type

  23. Target Parent LP

  24. Target Parent LP Type

  25. Action UOM Quantity

  26. Action Pack Quantity

  27. From Damage Reason

  28. To Damage Reason

  29. From Expire Date

  30. To Expire Date

  31. From Lot / Batch

  32. To Lot / Batch

  33. Transaction Date

Use the 3-Bar icon to disable any columns you do not wish to view in your report.


Serial Number Transaction History

To navigate to this this report, click the Serial Number Transaction History tab while on the Transaction History report.

From this report, you can view the entire history of each serial number within the warehouse. Each action taken on the product with the serial number will represent a different line in the report, so the same serial number will appear in the report each time it is received, packed, and shipped.

Each column on this screen will be shown and cannot be hidden, though they can be dragged and dropped to be rearranged.

The tracked fields are:

  1. Transaction Type

  2. SKU

  3. Product Name

  4. Primary Serial Number

  5. Secondary Serial Number

  6. Serial Status

  7. Warehouse

  8. Client

  9. Shipment Order Code

  10. Purchase Order Code

  11. From Location

  12. To Location

  13. From LP Number

  14. To LP Number

  15. Source Parent LP

  16. Source Parent LP Type

  17. Target Parent LP

  18. Target Parent LP Type

  19. Damage Reason Name

  20. Expiry Date

  21. Lot Batch Number

  22. Store Order Number

  23. Transaction Date

  24. Transaction User
