This article provides an overview of the Serial Number Report in Logiwa, listing the significance of each field and how the report can be utilized for effective inventory management and tracking. The report includes three sections: Tracking, Shipment History, and Receiving History, each of which provides different insights into the serial number history in your warehouse. Tracking
Tracking
The Tracking section of the report will load as the default view. This section includes information about each serial number in your warehouse(s). An explanation of each field tracked here follows the screenshot.
Warehouse: The warehouse the product with this serial number is located in.
Client: The client the product with this serial number is assigned to.
SKU: The SKU for the product with this serial number.
Primary Serial Number: The main serial number assigned to the product.
Secondary Serial Number: The second serial number for the product.
Entry Date Time: The date and time that the serial number was entered into the system.
Serial Status: The status of the product with the serial number at this time. Statuses display will be either Received, Packed, or Shipped.
