Pick to Location (Mobile)

How to complete picking to a location in Logiwa

Pick to Location is used for completing picking tasks of the orders. Depending on your process, picking the orders that belong to different job types or picking the orders one-by-one can be done by using this screen.

  1. The user selects "Picking" on the Homepage

Resolution Job Indicator

When a job in the Pick to Location job list is a Resolution Job — created to handle unresolved pick short tasks from the Resolve Pick Short flow — a circular indicator icon appears in the top-left corner of that job's card.

  • Icon visible: The job was created as a resolution job via the Resolve Pick Short dialog on the Shipment Order screen.

  • No icon: The job is a standard picking job.

💡 Pickers can use this indicator to quickly identify resolution jobs and prioritize them when a supervisor has flagged them as urgent.

Filtering by Resolution Job

The filter panel on the Pick to Location job list includes a Resolution Job filter with two independently selectable options:

Filter value

What it shows

True

Only resolution jobs (created from the Resolve Pick Short flow)

False

Only standard (non-resolution) jobs

Both selected

All jobs regardless of type

Neither selected

All jobs regardless of type (filter is not applied)

To apply the filter:

  1. Open the filter panel on the job list screen.

  2. Under Resolution Job, select True, False, or both.

  3. Apply the filter. The job list refreshes to show only matching jobs.
