Defining locations without also defining parameters that simplify your flow can mean those locations are not functioning optimally. Logiwa provides you with the ability to enable a number of helpful parameters so that locations will behave as expected. This article will guide you to the location parameters and define them.
Step-by-Step Guide
First, navigate to the Locations screen.
If you have trouble locating this screen, please use the Search option on the menu bar.
Click on Create New Location in the upper right corner or choose an existing location.
In the middle of the screen, you will see the section entitled Select All That Apply.
Field | Description |
Prevent Allocation | No allocation is allowed for this location.

Prevent Inventory Sync to Stores | While syncing, inventory in this location is skipped. |
Only 1 Lot Number | Allows location to contain only a unique lot number per SKU. |
Only Damaged Items | Allows location to contain an inventory with a single damage reason per SKU. |
Only 1 Expiration Date | Allows location to contain only a unique expiration date per SKU. |
Only 1 SKU | Only one SKU is allowed for this location. |
Only 1 LP | Only one type of LP is allowed for this location. |
Only 1 Production Date | Allows location to contain only a unique production date per SKU. |
After you are done with adjusting the parameters, continue with the Location update and Save before exiting.
