Putaway algorithm actions are defined for target location suggestion if the condition for the inventory of the source location is met.
Various actions can be set under each algorithm to diverse target location suggestion, under different circumstances.
The putaway algorithm actions are described below:

Actions | Description |
Check Assigned SKUs | Provides a target location for product putaway operation. Seeks a location that has a defined product capacity (for replenishment) of the same SKU as the transferred SKU. |
Check Damaged Locations | Seeks for a target location where "Only Damaged Items" parameter is enabled |
Check Location Capacity | Provides a target location for LP putaway operation. Seeks a location that has a defined LP capacity (for replenishment) of the same LP type as the transferred LP. |
Check Product Group & Location Zone Match | Seeks for target location which has a location zone attribute matched with the product group of the transferred SKU. Product group & location zone match can be defined in the Data Setup -> Location Zone section. |
Check Same Client | Allows suggesting a target location for the transferred SKU where same client's inventory is present. |
Check Same Damaged Reason | Seeks for a target location where an inventory is present with the same damage reason as the transferred inventory. |
Check Same Expiry Date | Seeks for a target location where an inventory is present with the same expiry date as the transferred inventory. |
Check Same Lot Batch Number | Seeks for a target location where an inventory is present with the same lot batch number as the transferred inventory. |
Check Same Product Group | Provides a target location where inventory of the same product group as the transferred SKU is present |
Check Same Product Type | Provides a target location where inventory of the same product group as the transferred SKU is present |
Check Same Production Date | Seeks for a target location where an inventory is present with the same production date as the transferred inventory. |
Check Same Receiving Date | Seeks for a target location where an inventory is present with the same receiving date as the transferred inventory. |
Suggest a location that has inventory of the same SKU & same pack type | Allows algorithm to seek for a location that contains inventory of the same SKU & same pack type as the transferred inventory. |
Suggest a location that has inventory of the selected product group | Set putaway algorithm to suggest a location that contains inventory of any SKU that belongs to the selected product group. (Product group selection required) |
