The Trev x Fonterra Farm Dairy Records (FDR) integration helps simplify the FDR process with more pre-population and less double handling of information.

How to access the Trev x FDR integration:
To access the integration, you’ll need a Trev Pro subscription, full access or authorised user permissions in Trev, and first-party (or appropriate third-party) access to the farms via your Farm Source account.
Heads up: If you’re on a Trev Pro subscription, you can automatically send your data through to Fonterra following the below steps.
If you’re on Trev Essential, you can still view and review your FDR report in Trev, but you’ll need to manually enter the information into Fonterra’s system.
How to set up the connection:
Sign in to nzfarmsource.co.nz/connectyourdata
From the home page navigate to My Farm Source > Farm records and Insights > Data Connections
Click Connect in the Trev connection box. A pop up will show you what data is being shared.
You'll be taken to Trev's log in screen - enter your email address and Trev account password and click Sign in.
Review Trev's consent agreement to release your data to Fonterra - click Agree to confirm you have read the arrangement and consent to the details.
A pop up will display with your farms listed - select the farms you wish to share with Fonterra (When the radio button is green the farm is selected). Then click Confirm.
You'll return to the next step in the Farm Source set up - on the left-hand side you will see each of the farms you have authorised to come across from Trev. If you didn't mean to select a particular farm you can remove it by clicking the rubbish bin icon.
Select the Fonterra Supply Number you want the Trev farm connected to. If you've provided this number to Trev, this will default to the farm.
Click Connect
