User Permissions for Timesheets:
Submitter - for team members who should be able to submit their own Timesheets but not approve timesheet entries.
Approver - for team members who are able to submit, view and approve timesheet entries for all team members.
Disabled - for team members that can not submit or approve timesheet entries
Note: User Permissions for Timesheets is different to User Access Levels
If you’re a Full Access or Authorised user for your farm, you’ll be able to edit the access levels for the users associated with that particular farm.
To update a user permissions for Timesheet entry, follow these steps:
Click the menu icon (the three lines) in the top left corner of your dashboard
Click on Your Farms
Click on the name of the farm you want to edit a user’s access for
Click the Team tab, this will show you the list of team members with access to the farm and their corresponding access level
Under Timesheets, select the user permission for each team member
