Zebra ZP450 Label Printer
Connect the Printer
Ensure the printer is plugged in and the USB cable is connected to both the printer and computer. The back of your Zebra ZP450 should look like the image below.
Download and Install the Printer Drivers
Navigate to db.neatoscan.com in your browser.
Locate and download the driver labeled “Zebra 450 drivers” or “Zebra ZTC drivers.”
Extract the downloaded file and move the "UPS_5_1_7_certified_w10" folder to your desktop or another memorable location, such as your Documents folder.
Open the UPS_5_1_7_certified_w10 folder.
Locate and open the Setup application.
From the setup application, click Install Zebra Printer to install the driver.
Select your Zebra printer model (e.g., ZP450), then click Next.
Select the USB port your printer is connected to (typically something like USB001). If you select the wrong port, you can reassign it in the printer properties later. After selecting the USB port, click Next.
Click Finish to complete the installation.
Set the Label Size
Go to Printers and Scanners in your settings.
Click on the recently installed Zebra printer.
Click Printing preferences.
From the preferences window, change the width and height to the size labels you will be printing, then click OK.
To set the label size in the defaults as well, go to Printer properties.
From the printer properties window, navigate to the Advanced tab, then click Printing Defaults.
From printing defaults, set the label size again like previously, then click OK. At this point, the label size is set for the printer, and you are ready to assign it in Neatoscan.

Download and Install the Printer Drivers
Navigate to db.neatoscan.com in your browser.
Locate and download the driver labeled "Star TSP 700 - Vista/7/8 32/64 bit Driver."
Extract the downloaded file and move the "installset" folder to your desktop or another memorable location, such as your Documents folder.
Open Add a Printer or Scanner in your computer settings. You can do this by searching for "Printers & Scanners" in the Start menu. Alternatively, go to Settings, select Bluetooth & devices from the navigation bar, then click Printers & scanners on that page.
In the Printers & scanners window, click Add device. When the loading bar appears, wait a few seconds, then click Add manually, which will appear after loading.
Choose Add a local printer or network printer with manual settings, then click Next.
For the port selection, select Use an existing port, then choose the appropriate USB port from the dropdown list and click Next.
Once your USB port has been assigned, choose your printer driver by clicking Have Disk.

Inside the “installset” folder, find and open the file named “smjt7002”.
Once the file path is shown in the textbox, click OK.
Now click Next to continue.
You may be prompted to use the current driver or replace it. If so, select Replace the current driver, then click Next.
You can now name your printer. If you don’t want to change the name, click Next to proceed.
If asked about printer sharing, select Do not share this printer, then click Next.
Now that your printer is installed with the correct drivers, it will appear in Printers & scanners. From here, click on your printer, and select and print test page. If the printer fails to print, you may need to change the port or ensure the device is still properly connected.

From printer properties, navigate to the Advanced tab, then click Printing Defaults.
From the printing defaults window, click Advanced.
