Overview
This guide provides instructions on how to set or reset your main account password, whether you are changing an existing password or setting one up for the first time. If you encounter any issues during this process, please contact our support team at support@neatoscan.com for assistance.
๐ Note: If you are attempting to reset a sub-user password instead, an admin user can perform this task within the software.
Password Reset Instructions
Enter your main account Username and Email, then click Send reset email. If you donโt know the email linked to your account, contact support@neatoscan.com.
Open your password reset email and click the reset link.
Enter your new password, then click Submit new password to finalize this. At this point, your new password will be set.
