Yes — replacement chargers for NEOZ cordless lamps can be purchased directly from NEOZ or via our network of authorised resellers worldwide.

To process your request, please contact our sales team at sales@neoz.com.au or complete the contact form on our website. We will require the following information:

  • The serial number(s) of your lamp(s)

  • Proof of purchase

These details are part of our theft-prevention process, helping us verify that the charger is being supplied to the original purchaser. This system ensures we can assist in recovering stolen lamps and protect your investment.
