If you are seeing a name represented as an odd string of characters, then you or your spouse did not complete the "Full Legal Name" field in your profiles. Follow these steps to fix the issue you are seeing:
Click "My Profile" on the left side of your screen and check to see if the "Full Legal Name" field is complete (there should be no incomplete fields in your My Profile section).
Click "Family and Contacts" on the left side of your screen and click the pencil icon next to your spouses profile. Ensure their full name is also complete.
