Step 1: Navigate to 'Fundraising Pages'
Note: These steps are only applicable to receipts for online donations. If a donor requests a copy of their receipt for a gift they made offline, you can send them an acknowledgment via e-mail or direct mail.
From your 'Donor Management' Dashboard, click 'My Tools' in the upper right corner of the page and select 'Fundraising Pages'.
Step 2: Search for the donor
When directed to your 'My Campaigns' page, click the 'People' tab and select 'Donors/Fundraisers' from the drop-down menu.
You will be prompted to search by the donor's name or e-mail address, and you can select the correct donor from the list of suggestions that appear while you type.
Step 3: Resend the donation receipt
On the donor's profile, find the donation you need to resend a receipt for, click the 'Actions' button next to it, and select the 'Details' option.
From the 'Donation Overview' page, click the 'Actions' button and select 'Resend Receipts' from the drop-down list of options.
Troubleshooting Tips
If your donor still has not received the receipt after you have sent another copy, we recommend trying the following:
ask them to confirm their e-mail address
ask them to check their Junk/Spam folder(s)
ask them to check their e-mail security settings
ask them to add noreply@networkforgood.com as a contact in the Gmail Contact Book or Safe Sender list if they are using Microsoft Outlook
Note: If your admin account is set up to receive copies of each donor's tax receipt, you will receive a duplicate receipt whenever you resend a donation receipt.
