If your donor needs to stop one of their recurring donations, you can share the steps outlined in this article to help guide them through the process.
Step 1: Log into your donor account
Navigate to one of your organization's donation pages (it does not matter if it is the one you made your recurring donation to).
Click the 'Log In' link in the upper-right corner of the page.
Use the e-mail address and password you created when you made your first donation to log into your donor account.
Step 2: Navigate to your 'Recurring Donations'
Once logged in, locate and click the 'Recurring Donations' tab on the left navigation menu.
Step 3: Stop your recurring donation
You can cancel your recurring donation by clicking the 'Actions' button and selecting 'Stop' from the drop-down menu.
Step 4: Confirm your recurring donation has been stopped
A window will pop up, asking you to confirm you want to proceed:
Click 'OK' - the page should refresh and you should receive a message confirming your recurring donation has been stopped:
Note: You can still view the details of your canceled recurring donation under the 'Stopped' tab.
