How do I collect additional information from my donors?

Step 1: Navigate to your 'Fundraising Pages'

From your 'Donor Management' Dashboard, click 'My Tools' in the upper right corner of the page and select 'Fundraising Pages'.

Step 2: Edit your campaign

You will be directed to your 'My Campaigns' page. Click the 'Manage' button in the tile for the campaign you want to edit.

Click the 'Edit' button in the upper right corner of the page.

Step 3: Add Donor Questions and Custom Fields

Scroll down until you find the 'Donor Questions / Custom Fields' section on the right side of the campaign editor.

Click the 'Create a New Field' button on the left to choose a 'Field Type'. Custom Fields you create will appear under the 'Available Custom Fields' section on the left. You can drag and drop whichever fields from that list into the box on the right to specify which questions donors will be asked.
