Follow the steps outlined in this support article to set up your donation page to allow donors to make gifts in memory or honor of a loved one.
Step 1: Navigate to your 'Fundraising Pages'
From your 'Donor Management' Dashboard, click 'My Tools' in the upper right corner of the page and select 'Fundraising Pages'.
Step 2: Edit your 'Site Settings'
When you find yourself on your 'My Campaigns' page, click the 'Settings' tab towards the top, and select 'Site Settings' from the drop-down list.
You will be directed to your 'Giving Site Overview' page, from which you can click the 'Edit' button.
Step 3: Edit your 'Basic Donation Configuration'
When the page refreshes, scroll down and locate the 'Basic Donation Configuration' on the right side.
Confirm that the boxes next to the following are checked to enable donors to make tribute gifts:
'Allow recurring donations'
'Allow honoration'
'Allow notification of tribute'
Use the 'Tribute label' under those options to include custom language that will appear to donors who specify they are making a tribute gift.
Step 4: Save & Exit
Click the 'Save & Exit' button in the upper right corner of the page to save your changes!
