Empower your Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Fundraisers by creating communication templates they can use to personalize and send to their network!
They can spend more time focusing on fundraising and working towards meeting their goals if they do not have to spend time drafting everything from scratch.
Note: No communications will be sent without your knowledge and approval.
Step 1: Navigate to your 'Fundraising Pages'
From your 'Donor Management' Dashboard, click 'My Tools' in the top left corner of the page and select 'Fundraising Pages' from the drop-down list.
Step 2: Add a campaign
When directed to your 'My Campaigns' page, click the 'Add Campaign' button to the upper left and select 'Peer-to-peer campaign' from the list of options in the drop-down.
Step 3: Create your P2P Campaign
Start following the steps in the campaign creator to build your page and create templates to help set your fundraisers up for success!
Step 4: Create a Kickoff E-mail and Social Post
In Step 5 of the campaign creator, you can help your fundraisers spread the word and create excitement around your campaign by creating templates for their 'Kickoff Email' and 'Social Post' (if they use social media).
Step 5: Create a template for your fundraiser's campaign page
Use this section of the campaign creator to build a template for a fundraiser's page.
They can edit their pages anytime - but, you can choose whether changes must be approved first or if you want to allow any updates to be published immediately.
Step 6: Set donation amounts
Setting donation amounts adds "call to action" buttons to your campaign page, presenting donors with suggested amounts to contribute.
Note: The option to enter a custom donation amount is checked by default. If you prefer not to allow donors to specify their contribution amount, uncheck the box next to 'Allow Custom Donation Amount'.
Step 7: Craft a 'Thank You' template
In this section, you can draft a gracious, thoughtful message for your fundraisers to personalize and send out, thanking donors for their contributions and support!
