How do I use each 'Pledge Settings' field?

  • Pledge form url: an automatically generated URL you can share with your contacts so they can easily access your pledge form

  • Logo: using the image uploader, you can add your organization's logo so it will appear at the top of your form

  • Primary Color: enter the 6-digit hex code to match your form's branding with your organization's

  • Payment Url: enter the URL of one of your fundraising pages, where your donors can make their first pledge payment


    The URL will be listed at the bottom of the pledge summary when the form has been submitted.

  • Default Completion Date: the date selected in this field will appear on your form to let donors know when they should expect to complete their pledge


    Note: ​Donors can edit this field and it serves as more of a suggested completion date for those who may be unsure of how long their pledges should take to complete.

  • Send Pledge Notifications To: add e-mail addresses of those in your organization who should be notified of new pledge form submissions and receive weekly reminders of upcoming pledge payments within the next 30 days


    Note: ​Use commas to separate each e-mail address when adding multiple recipients.

  • Auto-link Donations: when enabled, this feature will automatically link any donations made by a donor who has set up a pledge directly to that pledge; in other words, every donation the donor makes moving forward will count towards their pledge goal

  • Text-to-Pledge: when enabled, allows your donors to text a specific phone number and make a pledge via their mobile device
