Step 1: Click on the Resource Center Icon
In your bottom right-hand corner, you will find a "?" question mark icon located in the same place as the previous Intercom chat icon.
Step 2: Select "Contact Support"
When you open the resource center, you will find a section titled, "Contact Support". This is how you open Intercom to access new or existing chat support history, as well as your onboarding tasks.
Step 3: Open your "Tasks" to access your saved progress
In the bottom right-hand corner of Intercom, you will find the "Tasks" feature where you previously accessed your checklists and onboarding modules to help train you on the Network For Good platform.
