How do I edit an individual's contact record?

Need to quickly update a contact's information? With just a few clicks, you can find the right contact, make your changes, and save them - ensuring your records stay accurate and up-to-date!

Step 1: Search for the contact

From the top left corner of your 'Donor Management' Dashboard, click the magnifying glass icon to search for the contact quickly.

A pop-up window will appear, where you can search for the contact by name, email, phone number, address, or city.

Step 2: Select the contact

Select the contact by clicking the 'view profile' link next to their name under the search results.

Step 3: Click to edit their record

After selecting your contact, you will be redirected to their profile. From the upper right corner, click 'Edit'.

Step 4: Make your edits

Scroll to the section within the 'Edit Contact' page you want to update and make your edit.

When you are finished, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the 'Update & Save' button.

Once you click that button, you will be taken back to the contact's profile and should find a green banner towards the top, confirming your updates were saved.
