Bonterra Que and enhanced in-app navigation

This mid to late October release includes continued updates to Bonterra Que for Network for Good, along with improvements to in-app navigation and access to help and support resources.

These changes are designed to create a more consistent experience across Network for Good and make it easier to find support and fundraising guidance when you need it.

Bonterra Que access and placement updates

Bonterra Que remains available throughout the Network for Good platform to support fundraising planning, donor engagement, and stewardship.

In this release:

  • The Bonterra Que button is now consistently available across Network for Good, including Fundraising Pages

  • Access to Bonterra Que has been standardized so customers can launch the assistant from the same location across supported areas

These updates ensure a more reliable and predictable way to access Bonterra Que while working in different parts of the platform.


Changes to help and support access

Help menu removal

The Help menu has been removed from the top navigation in Donor Management, Fundraising Pages, and Auctions.


Using the Resource Center

All help, support, and learning resources are centralized in the Resource Center, which you can access by clicking the question mark icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.

From the Resource Center, you can:

  • Explore help articles and product documentation

  • Contact Support or continue existing conversations

  • View announcements about new features and updates

  • Share product feedback with the Network for Good team

Coming Soon!

Bonterra Que: Create an Email

Bonterra Que will continue to expand with new skills, including Create an Email, which will allow users to generate fundraising and donor communication emails directly within the assistant. More details will be shared in the upcoming release notes.
