A group video is a message you can send to more than one person at once via e-mail.
For example, you might want to send a group video to invite donors to a special event or to thank a group of volunteers for participating in a recent program.
Follow the steps below to get started!
Step 1: Navigate to 'Group Videos'
From your 'Donor Management' Dashboard, click the 'Communication' tab on the left navigation panel and then click 'Group Videos'.

Step 2: Add a group video
You will be directed to your 'Group Videos' page where you can click the 'Add Group Video' button in the upper right corner.
Step 3: Create your group video
Choose a name for your video and select its purpose before clicking the 'Next' button in the upper right corner of the page. Each following page will guide you through steps for setting up your video, selecting your recipients, recording your message, and then reviewing (and re-recording if need be) before sending it!
What will the group video look like for my donors?
Your donors should receive an e-mail in their inbox including a short message and a looping preview or still image of your video.

Once they click the image (or the link included in the text), the video will open in their preferred web browser and they should be able to view, like, and comment on it!
