You can personalize your form by adding an image or logo - follow the steps below!
Step 1: Navigate to your 'Forms'
From your 'Donor Management' Dashboard, click the 'Communication' tab on the left navigation panel and then click 'Forms'.
Step 2: Add a field to your form
From your 'Forms' page, locate the form where you want the image or logo added. Click the 'Actions' button next to it and select 'Fields' from the drop-down list of options.
When the page reloads, click the “Add Field” button in the top-right corner.
You will now find an option to add a new field to your form. Typically, these would be fields for your donors or participants to fill out - but, there is a field that allows you to add images to the form itself.
Step 3: Enter the form field's information
Enter placeholder text or something similar to "Image" or "Logo" as the 'Question Label'.
For 'Field Type', select 'Html' from the list of drop-down options.
An 'HTML Content' "textarea" will appear.
Step 4: Add your image or logo
Your image or logo must be public and web-based, meaning that it has to be hosted online and have a corresponding link or URL that is not limited to a specific audience.
Note: Not sure how to find an image’s URL? Right-click on an image within a website and select the 'Copy Image Address' or 'Copy Image URL' option.
If you want to add an image or logo from your device's files, you may need to upload the image to an external image hosting site, such as PostImage, to generate a link.
You will want to use the HTML tag below to add your image URL to the 'HTML Content' "textarea":
<img src=”IMAGEURL”>
It should look something like this:
Step 5: Re-order your form fields and save your changes
Use the arrows to the left of each form field to drag and re-order them as you like.
Then, click 'Update & Save'.
Step 6: Preview your form
Want to view how your form will appear publicly? Click on your form's name from the main 'Forms' page and check it out!
Note: Custom formatting, such as re-sizing, centering, or aligning an image with text may require additional expertise in HTML formatting that our Support Team may be unable to assist with. In those cases, we recommend you contact your web design team for help!
