Updated over a week ago

NOTE: This article is the first in our series on reporting for your Standalone Auctions.

How can I run a filter or export a report of my bidder’s information?

You can easily run a filter or export a report of your winning bidder’s information right from the “Bidders” section of your Auction page’s Dashboard.

First, click on the “View All” button in the “Bidders” section.

The page should reload and display a list of all bidders who have participated in this auction.

From this page, you can filter for those bidders who have already paid, still need to pay, or pull a report of all of your winners.

To select all of the bidders on your list (filtered or not!), click on the small square next to the word “Bidder”, located right above the displayed list of bidders.

This should add a blue checkmark next to all of the bidders in the list.

You can then click on the “Export” button, located next to the “Add Bidder” button.

This will then automatically download a .CSV report of your selected bidders to your computer or device.

NOTE: This report can be generated at any point during or after your auction, but we recommend downloading a finalized version of this report once the auction has concluded.

How can I run a filter or export a report of the items from my auction?

Similar to exporting out information on your bidders, you can easily run a filter or export a report of your auction's items and their winners right from the “Items” section of your Auction page’s Dashboard.

First, click on the “View All” button in the “Items” section.

The page should reload and display a list of all the items that were available during your auction.

From this page, you can filter for items based on what section they were in (if applicable), by item type, by their bid count, or by purchase status – or pull a report of all items and their winners.

To select all of the items on your list (filtered or not!), click on the small square next to the word “Items”, located right above the displayed list of bidders. This should add a blue checkmark next to all of the items in the list.

You can then click on the “Bulk Actions” button, located next to the “Filters” button, and select “Export” from the drop-down.

This will then automatically download a .CSV report of your selected items to your computer or device.
