If your default printer settings are set correctly, labels should print correctly with no steps required.
Print a test label and confirm before continuing with these steps
If you print a test label and the label is not formatted correctly, it's an issue with the your printer settings. This is easy to resolve.
(These steps are for Windows 11.)
Step One: Go To Control Panel --> Devices & Printers
Step Two: Select “Printers & Scanners”
Step Three: Select your label printer
Step Four: Select "Printer Preferences"
Step Five: Select "Advanced"
Step Six: Select the correct label size & save
Step Seven: Print a test label and confirm
If the label prints incorrectly, continue on...
Last Resort: Create A New Labels Size
Again, this is only necessary if you followed the previous steps and labels are printing incorrectly.
Step One: Go back to “Printers & Scanners”
Step Two: Scroll down & select “Print Server Properties”
Step Three: Create A New Form
Step Four: Go back and select your label printer
Step Five: Select “Printer Preferences” again
Step Six: Select Advanced (again)
Step Seven: Select the new label size you just created
Step Eight: Print another test label
Step Nine: Edit Dimensions As Needed
