Can I get a refund?

An Overview of our Refund Policy

Subscription payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial or unused subscription periods. You can cancel your subscription for the app at any time, in which case you will be able to use the app until the end of your current subscription period.

If you made your subscription online (app.nkoda.com) with direct-debit, and you believe you have been incorrectly charged, get in touch with our support team be emailing support@nkoda.com, and we will investigate the matter for you.

If you made your subscription through a third party application store, such as Apple, Windows, or Google, we cannot refund your subscription as these are solely handled by the app store itself. Their security policy prevents us from being able to cancel or refund any charges on our members' behalf. Please get in touch with your app store if you believe you have been incorrectly charged.
