Why is my ARIA-i account locked?
If your account has been locked it’s likely due to one of the following reasons:
If we’ve detected any possible fraudulent activity on your account (such as multiple failed attempts to log in) - we do this to protect you.
If we suspect there has been a violation of our End User Licence Agreement.
If your account has been locked, send us a message (either by chat or by emailing support@nkoda.com). Please provide details of the email registered with your account and your full profile name so that we can find your locked account.
