I can't make a reservation as far in advance as I'd like.
This means that the booking calendar for the property does not yet display availability for that period. In such cases, it is recommended to check the situation closer to the desired accommodation date. Please contact our staff if you would like to make a reservation that starts outside our booking window - let's see what we can do together!
I can't find the studio I want in our booking system.
The availability status of studios is the most up-to-date in our booking system. If the desired studio is not found, it is unfortunately booked for the selected date. In this case, we recommend choosing another studio or, if the situation allows, trying a different date. Please also consider our other locations; it's worth checking the reservation availability at our other properties as well!
I was in the process of making a reservation and went back to correct information; now I can't find the studio I want.
In such a situation, please wait for about 20 minutes and try making the reservation again. The studio should now be available.
I don't have a Finnish social security number.
If you don't have a Finnish social security number, please contact the property directly.

I have a payment default notation.

Please remember to check the box "I am not a robot" first. This often helps in this situation.
How to use a QR gift card?
You can add a QR gift card during the reservation process in the "enter gift card" section.
I don't have money to pay for the reservation immediately.
In that case, we recommend coming back when you are able to make the payment. Unfortunately, the studio cannot be reserved with the payment made later, such as through an invoice or with cash during check-in.
