Booking as a company customer

You can certainly book a studio as a company customer! A company can make a reservation directly on our website, requiring a customer number. If your company doesn't have a customer number yet, you can contact our corporate sales team via email at sales@nolistudios.com. Making the reservation is also possible via email if preferred.

Billing

Companies can book the studio with invoicing. Payment terms, due dates, and other billing conditions are agreed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with a billing agreement. We are flexible with invoicing terms and recommend contacting our sales team to confirm the appropriate arrangements.

If you would like to make a reservation with invoicing or inquire about e-invoicing, please contact our sales team at sales@nolistudios.com to arrange a separate billing agreement.

Is it possible to claim a deduction for a studio as a work-related residence?

We recommend checking your personal eligibility for the deduction directly with the tax authorities, as the work-related residence deduction is granted based on the taxpayer's claim and evidence.

The tax authorities specify that the work-related residence deduction can be claimed if renting a residence suitable for long-term living from a hotel, apartment hotel, or a similar entity.

All our studios are equipped with cooking facilities, a refrigerator, and toilet and bathing facilities. In our payment receipt, there is a separate itemization of the utility fee, which is €49/month per person and €30/month for additional guests.
