A short-term reservation is comparable to a regular hotel booking. The maximum duration of a short-term reservation is one month, and only fully furnished studios are available for short-term bookings.

A flexible reservation is valid month by month, with a minimum duration of one month and no maximum time limit. The length of the reservation affects the monthly rate. You can choose your studio to be either fully or lightly furnished.

Short-term and flexible reservations include various services depending on the type of reservation. You can read more about the services included in a short stay reservation here and in a flexible reservation here.
