Are children counted in the number of occupants?
If it's a small child (0-2 years old), they are not counted as occupants. If the child is 3 years old or older, they are counted as occupants.
Can there be temporarily more people staying in our studio than what we have indicated or more than the maximum occupancy of the studio?
