In the event that you need to skip a prospect in Nooks, you can snooze, skip, move ot the next step, or complete the task.

Snoozing a task will move the task to your uncallable prospects list below your sequence tasks. You will see a snoozed label in yellow. These tasks will be released after the determined timeframe (unless snoozed forever).

Skipping a task will remove this prospect form your list for this session. The task will return upon refreshing your page or starting a new session.

Another option you can consider is move to next step. This option will allow you to move this task to the next step in your sequence if preferred.

If you want to remove a prospect from your sequence entirely, you may mark as finished to complete all steps in the sequence for your selected prospect.
