Changing your Profile Settings

When you have a change in your life you might need to update your Notch profile to reflect this. This is made easy with your profile settings. In this guide we will walk you through your profile and how to makes changes to your information.

Getting To Your Profile Settings

Lets get started by logging into your profile. When you first sign in you will be greeted by your dashboard. In order to get to your profile settings click the button with your initials on the upper right hand corner and select "Settings" as show in above.

Adjusting your Profile Settings

Once "Settings" is selected you will be brought to your profile page. On this page you will see all of your profiles information such as email, emergency contact information, phone number, etc. To begin making changes to this information select the blue "Edit" button to the right of the "My Profile" header.

Once edit is selected all the fields will allow you to make edits. Many of these configurations can be quickly changed by simply clicking on the field, adjusting the information, and saving the changes by selecting "Save" at the top of the profile. However, when it comes to the Phone or Email settings you will be presented with a button asking you to confirm the new email or phone number. Once you are sure you have the correct Email/Phone press this blue confirm button. When you do so a new popup will appear like the one below asking you to enter a confirmation code.

In the case of an email change you will be sent a confirmation email with a 4 digit code to the new email address. Please check your email, enter the code sent to you, and press the blue "Verify" button. Phone number changes work the same way except the confirmation code will be sent to you via text message to the new phone number provided. Once all changes have been made select "Save" at the top of the profile screen.

Not seeing your confirmation code? Try waiting a 5-10 minutes for the confirmation code to arrive. If you still haven't received a confirmation email/SMS message try pressing the "Click to resend" link.

Adjusting your Account Settings

You can go to the account settings tab by selecting "Account Settings" in the upper left of your profile screen where you will find additional settings you can change for your account such as your current time zone and password. Adjusting these settings work similarly to your profile settings. However, take care when selecting delete account button as this action cannot be undone.
