There are a few reasons why a referral reward may not have been credited:
Your friend hasn’t met the activity requirement – To qualify for the $5 reward, your referred friend must receive a single external transfer of at least $500 in each of the two consecutive months after joining.
Timing matters – If the required transfer activity doesn’t occur consistently for two months, the referral won’t be eligible.
Your friend already had an nsave account – Rewards are only issued for referrals of new users who have never signed up before.
Suspicious or duplicate activity – If any referral activity appears fraudulent or violates our fair use policy, rewards may be withheld.
