From 5 June to 31 August 2026, eligible customers can earn raffle tickets when sending money to Egypt, Pakistan, or Bangladesh.
Each ticket gives you an entry into our monthly prize draw, where you could win an exciting prize.
Who can participate?
You can participate if:
Your residential address is in Egypt, Pakistan, or Bangladesh.
You send a payout in:
Egyptian Pounds (EGP)
Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
Bangladeshi Taka (BDT)
No sign-up is required. If your payout qualifies, you'll be entered automatically.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
How do raffle tickets work?
Every qualifying payout earns raffle tickets based on the amount sent.
The more tickets you earn, the more entries you receive in the monthly draw.
For example:
1 ticket = 1 entry
5 tickets = 5 entries
25 tickets = 25 entries
Tickets are awarded automatically — there's nothing else you need to do.
How many tickets can I earn?
Tickets are based on the total amount sent, including fees.

Please note:
Each payout is assessed separately.
Multiple payouts cannot be combined to earn more tickets.
Payouts below the minimum threshold do not earn tickets.
When are the draws?
There will be three monthly draws:
End of June 2026
End of July 2026
End of August 2026
Tickets reset on the 1st day of each month and only count toward the draw for the month in which they were earned.
How will I know if I've won?
Winners will be notified directly in the app. We'll also announce the winning ticket number to all participants. If you're the lucky winner, you'll receive an email and see a special "Golden Ticket".
I sent a payout but didn't receive tickets
If you believe your payout qualifies but you haven't received raffle tickets, please contact our support team and provide your transaction ID so we can investigate.
Can I opt out of the raffle?
Yes. If you'd like to opt out of the promotion, please contact our support team.
Before opting out, please note that:
Any raffle tickets you've already earned will be permanently removed.
You will stop earning new raffle tickets.
If you choose to opt back in later, previously removed tickets cannot be restored.
Our team will ask you to confirm that you'd still like to opt out before processing your request.
