⏸️ nsave Rewards is paused. Rewards paused on Friday, 2 October 2026, after the final reward was paid that morning. No new rewards accrue while we build the new version.
What's happening?
We're rebuilding nsave Rewards to make it faster, more reliable, and with a lot more room to grow. To do that properly, we've paused Rewards for a few weeks.
The final reward before the pause was paid on the morning of Friday, 2 October 2026.
No new rewards accrue on your USD balance until the new version launches.
Your account, your card, transfers and everything else in the app work as usual.
What happens to the rewards I've already earned?
Nothing. Every reward you've already received is in your USD balance and stays there. It's your money, and you can spend, send or withdraw it as normal. The pause only affects rewards you would have earned from here on.
Do I need to do anything?
No. There's nothing you need to do. Your past reward payouts remain visible in your transaction history.
What's coming back?
A completely reworked rewards experience, rebuilt from scratch on stronger foundations. Because it's a meaningfully better product, the new rewards will be part of nsave Pro.
We expect it to be ready in a few weeks. We'll share the full details, and how to get access, as soon as it's live, by email and in the app.
