How long for refunded card payments to be returned.
Sometimes card top-ups can be cancelled and refunded to the card. These refunds typically appear in your account within 1 to 3 working days after being processed and will be returned to the original account linked with the card.e card.
Please note that during periods of high transaction volume, processing may take slightly longer than usual. Our team monitors these delays closely to restore normal processing times as quickly as possible.
Still haven't received the funds?
If after 3 working days the amount has not been refunded to the card, please reach out to our customer support team and share the transaction ID so we can investigate the delay and assist you. While waiting, you can also check the transaction status through your account dashboard.
