How long for refunded card payments to be returned.

Sometimes card top-ups can be cancelled and refunded to the card. These refunds typically appear in your account within 1 to 3 working days after being processed and will be returned to the original account linked with the card.e card. Refunds must always be returned to the original payment source used for the transaction, such as the same card or account. Due to regulatory requirements, refunds cannot be directed to alternative accounts.

Please note that during periods of high transaction volume, processing may take slightly longer than usual. Our team monitors these delays closely to restore normal processing times as quickly as possible. Refund delays might also occur due to additional verification processes required for certain transactions, particularly those flagged for review.

Still haven't received the funds?

If after 3 working days the amount has not been refunded to the card, please reach out to our customer support team and share the transaction ID so we can investigate the delay and assist you. While waiting, you can also check the transaction status through your account dashboard.
