You can move money between your accounts on the nsave app, such as converting GBP to USD, by following these steps:
Click “Accounts” on the menu at the bottom of the screen
Select the currency you would like to move money from. You can change your currency by clicking on the red “USD/GBP Account” at the top right of your screen.
Click on the three dots at the bottom of the screen and press “Exchange”
Select the amount of the currency you would like to send from
Select the desired currency you would like to exchange it to
Confirm the transaction after reviewing the amount and fees
Please note that you will only be able to exchange between the hours of 7 AM and 1 PM GMT.Minimum Balance Requirements: To successfully complete a currency exchange, ensure that your account has a minimum equivalent balance of $13 in the currency you're converting from. If your balance does not meet this threshold, the transaction will fail. Please note that the nsave team cannot override or process transactions manually; users must resolve insufficient balance issues through the app.
