A Source of Wealth document confirms the origin of your money — whether it’s from a job, business, savings, or family support.
✅ What Your Document Must Include
Your SOW document must clearly show:
Your full name (matching your account name)
The issue date (must be within the last 6 months)
The source of your recurring income or funds
📄 Acceptable Documents
If You’re Employed or Self-Employed:
You can submit any of the following:
Recent bank statements showing regular income
Payslip
Employment contract
Tax returns
Business registration certificate
Sales receipts or client contracts
If You’re Currently Unemployed:
Please provide:
Proof of past employment (e.g. previous payslips, employment contract, or termination letter showing final pay)
If Your Funds Come from Family or Friends:
You’ll need to submit both:
A document showing the sender’s income or wealth (from the list above)
A bank statement showing the incoming transfer from that person
If You’re an Unemployed Student:
Please provide:
A document showing your family member’s or friend’s income or wealth
A bank statement showing the funds received from them
