At the moment, GBP cards are offered by a different partner than GBP accounts.
However this is not the same for EUR accounts and cards since they’re managed by the same partner. The balance that you see in your account , will be the same as your card.
That said, if you are using your GBP card and it’s not working, you need to make sure that you’ve topped it up with the balance in your GBP account.
Simply select your GBP card in the card section, then click on top-up and select the desired amount. You can also withdraw from your card back to your account if you wish. You can think of your GBP card as a prepaid card that you need to top up before you use.
Please note that we don’t have USD cards at the moment, but you can top up your GBP card from your USD account balance, by first converting from USD to GBP during market hours, and then topping up your GBP card from your GBP account.
