🔄 How to request a phone number or email change
To begin the process, please contact us through the in-app chat or email support@nsave.com with your request to update your phone number or email address. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
📝 What you’ll need to provide
To make sure the request is coming from the true owner of the account, we’ll ask you to:
- Take a clear photo of yourself holding: - Your government-issued ID (the same one used to open your nsave account) 
- A piece of paper with today’s date written on it 
 
- Answer a security question, such as your passport’s expiry date or the industry you selected when signing up 
- Share the new phone number or email address you’d like to update 
✅ What happens next
- Our compliance team will review your submission within 24 hours 
- If everything is in order, your details will be updated, and you’ll be notified once the change is complete (usually within 48 hours total)
