To begin the process, please contact us through the in-app chat or email support@nsave.com with your request to update your phone number or email address. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
📝 What you’ll need to provide
To make sure the request is coming from the true owner of the account, we’ll ask you to:
Take a clear photo of yourself holding:
Your government-issued ID (the same one used to open your nsave account)
A piece of paper with today’s date written on it
Answer a security question, such as your passport’s expiry date or the industry you selected when signing up
Share the new phone number or email address you’d like to update

Our compliance team will review your submission within 24 hours
If everything is in order, your details will be updated, and you’ll be notified once the change is complete (usually within 48 hours total)
