At nsave, we take your security seriously — but we understand that personal details like your phone number or email address may change over time. We’ve made it easy to request an update securely.

🔄 How to request a phone number or email change

To begin the process, please contact us through the in-app chat or email support@nsave.com with your request to update your phone number or email address. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

📝 What you’ll need to provide

To make sure the request is coming from the true owner of the account, we’ll ask you to:

  1. Take a clear photo of yourself holding:

    • Your government-issued ID (the same one used to open your nsave account)

    • A piece of paper with today’s date written on it

  2. Answer a security question, such as your passport’s expiry date or the industry you selected when signing up

  3. Share the new phone number or email address you’d like to update

✅ What happens next

  • Our compliance team will review your submission within 24 hours

  • If everything is in order, your details will be updated, and you’ll be notified once the change is complete (usually within 48 hours total)
