I need to change my email address or phone number

Step to change your email address by sending a photo of yourself with your passport

Updated this week

nsave takes security very seriously, but we understand that sometimes your details can change like moving to a new home or changing your contact details. For instance, updating your phone number is one such detail that can be modified securely.

Before starting the process of updating your phone number, ensure you have the following documents ready: a government-issued ID (e.g., passport) and a piece of paper with today's date written on it.

In order to ensure that this change is requested by the true owner of the account, nsave will ask you to verify your identity by providing a photo of yourself holding your ID that was used to open the account and a piece of paper with today's date. Additionally, you may need to answer certain security questions, such as the expiry date of your passport or the industry you selected when signing up for your nsave account.

Follow these steps to update your phone number:

  1. Prepare the required documents, including your ID and a paper with today's date.

  2. Answer any security questions when prompted.

  3. Submit a photo of yourself holding your ID and the dated paper.

  4. Provide your new phone number for the update.

  5. Wait for confirmation from the compliance team.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our support team on the app.

The nsave compliance team will review your submission to ensure its accuracy and security. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours.

Once we have verified your identity, the process of updating your details will take 24 hours to complete. It is important to ensure that all information provided is accurate and matches your account records to avoid delays or issues.
